Odisei Music Introduce the Travel Clarinet

Odisei Music Introduce the Travel Clarinet

Odisei Music, based in Barcelona, first introduced the Travel Sax 2 and has since sold more than 7,000 worldwide. The Travel Sax is about the size of a water bottle, making it the smallest and lightest electronic saxophone in the world. It appeals to musicians who want to toss their instrument into a backpack and practice their fingering anywhere and anytime, in the privacy of their headphones.

Riding on the success of the Travel Sax, Odisei will begin shipment in May of its latest innovation: the Travel Clarinet.

Like Travel Sax, the Travel Clarinet is a premium, injection-molded instrument with real moving keys and stainless-steel springs. These features provide the resistance and key return that players experience when using a real clarinet. It includes 50 internal sounds, a USB-C connection for MIDI output and battery charging, an internal reference speaker, and a mini jack, enabling players to practice quietly with headphones. Additionally, users can connect a phone or tablet via Bluetooth to play backing tracks during practice.

The mobile app allows users to select sounds, configure effects and customize fingerings.
