New models from Dexibel
Dexibel, the impressive Italian keyboard project that rose from the ashes of Roland’s European manufacturing operation, is still plugging away following its separation from Proel UK as distributor and a move to Glasgow’s CUK Audio.
Winter NAMM will see the launch of the new S3 and S7 pro stage pianos that mark an important step for this still young company, says CUK Audio: ‘now giving the whole stage range a cohesive appearance to match the great tech specs’.
The S3pro features a 73 key balanced hammer, triple contact action whilst the S7pro had an 88 key, graded hammer triple contact action with ivory feel key tops. They both share the same sound engine which gives unlimited polyphony over 24bit/48khz audio output, 1.5gb of totally rewritable wave memory, advanced modelling on acoustic & electric pianos, Bluetooth audio streaming, pitch & mod wheels, rotary encoders for FX control and up to 8 independent DSP fx running at once.
UK SSPs have already been announced: £1,799 and £1,899 respectively.
