AES to explore the 'future of music' at London's music tech festival We Are Robots 2018
The London event will feature many guest speakers and discuss ideas surrounding the advancement of audio
The AES will be on-hand at music tech festival We Are Robots to explore some of the biggest technological advancements shaping the future of audio. The free event is held at London’s 93 Feet East and is set to take place on October 11, 2018.
AES will participate in discussion on VR, AR, and sound immersion. Live music will also be presented by the Augmented Instrument Lab from London’s Queen Mary University.
Other speakers include SAE Institute, ROLI, Source Distribution, Red Dog Music and Teenage Engineering who will showcase the latest in tech as well as the classic exhibitions featured on Dray Walk, discussing the many ideas and that are driving the future of music.
Visitors at the event have the opportunity to sense the latest tech used in creating music, and can discuss the current and future practices, as well as being able to learn how to acuminate their own skills at workshops held by many leading brands in the industry.
