Tanglewood announces prize freeze
Tanglewood has announced a price freeze on its best-selling vintage-styled Crossroads guitar series.
The company says it recognises that ‘Continually challenged MI retailers need the support of a strong brand right now to compete with the erosion of their product sales. This is largely through the heavy discounting of non MI channels and white goods retailers. Tanglewood has taken the decision to suppress and absorb the big increases in price, caused by the US dollars current strength and give their loyal customer partner base a fighting chance in hard times.’
Crossroads Folk acoustic guitars will remain at £99 retail and a travel version in now on sale at the same £99 retail price.
Tanglewood has recently announced that it is strengthening the Crossroads range with the addition of Parlour versions, electro-cutaways and also left handed options, which are available from this month.
