New Shergold Guitars Standard Series Models Make International Debut at NAMM 2025
Shergold Guitars is delighted to announce the USA and international debut of new additions to their Standard Series guitar and bass range. The lineup includes the new Masquerader Standard guitar and the Telstar and Libertine bass models, which will be showcased at Shergold’s booth (#7510, Hall C). Visitors can also explore the brand’s established Telstar and Provocateur guitars on display.
SHERGOLD MASQUERADER STANDARD
Joining the ranks alongside Shergold’s award-winning Masquerader ‘Classic Series,’ the new ‘Masquerader Standard’ offers guitarists a fresh array of distinctive features and outstanding specification, all at a lower price point of £409.00 / $489.00 (Retail guide price).
The Shergold Masquerader Standard features a solid poplar body, paired with a roasted Canadian maple neck and laurel fingerboard, complete with striking lined fret markers. Initial launch models are available in two stunning gloss finishes – Quartz White and Astral Blue. Electronics come in the form of a P90 and Humbucker pickup configuration with a three-way selector for an articulate, warm, and expressive tone with rich, smooth sustain.
SHERGOLD TELSTAR STANDARD BASS
Building on the success of the award-winning Telstar 6-string electric guitars, the new Telstar Bass seamlessly blends Shergold’s rich bass guitar heritage with the contemporary appeal of the Telstar Series.
Featuring a solid poplar body fitted with two FilterSonic bass pickups, the Telstar Bass combines a Canadian roasted maple neck with a laurel fingerboard and features an addictively playable 30” short-scale length. At the heart of the Telstar Bass are two FilterSonic bass humbucker pickups, which deliver a warm, rounded low-end tone. Retail guide price: £449.00 / $539.00.
SHERGOLD LIBERTINE STANDARD BASS
The Shergold Libertine bass features a solid poplar body and is powered by two humbucker pickups, providing excellent tone-shaping options and delivering a responsive, powerful, and flexible bass tone. Initial launch models are available in two unique gloss finishes: Metallic Gold and Black.
With a Canadian maple C-shaped neck and a laurel fingerboard, the 34” scale Libertine bass offers a supremely comfortable feel, while the fixed top-loading bridge ensures excellent sustain, resonance, and punch. An exciting addition to Shergold’s contemporary bass guitar lineup, the Shergold Libertine combines outstanding specifications with a stage-ready design, providing players with a versatile bass that excels in any musical setting.
