Using toneprint on BG250 – 208
I have bought a BG250-208 but am having problems with the tone-prints. I tried to download the app on my phone which is a HTC Desire 510, but it says the software is not compatible with the phone so it won’t download, so no joy there. The user manual that came with the combo amp says you can download from a PC by connecting with a USB cable which I have done but can’t seem to figure out how to progress from there. Does something need to be downloaded and if so what? Can somebody help as it would be a shame if I can’t use the toneprints.
