Terrible hum on Looper
Greetings all
Just last week I unpacked and set up my new Ditto Looper with great anticipation. I was able to get one loop down, play it back once and then it started to emit an oscillating hum that got louder as I turned up the loop level.
My troubleshooting consisted of: replacing the in and out cords one at a time, trying a different amp and different guitars all to no avail. Still hums.
I contacted Customer Support, got a case number with a response that I would be contacted within two business days. After three days with no word from Cust.Service I emailed asking for help once again. As of tonight I have yet to hear from them.
Can anyone help me with this problem with suggestions of what I may be doing wrong? Or if you too have experienced this and have rectified it.
At this point any response, even an, “I can’t help you”, would be better that the silence from Customer Support. Although I imagine this post will never see the light of day once the moderator reads it.
Thanks, Jeff
