TC Electronics, you need to build a metronome pedal -none on market
I have been playing and recording a long time and sure, in DAW’s there are metronomes, but I foresee a dedicated true bypass metronome pedal where you can set the time with a tap button. This feature could even be built into a pedal tuner or a looper since it would make looping even easier if you could match the tempo of the song you are playing along with or even to just hear the click during playback to expand on the beat.
It is such a wide open market, no one has one. I can see TC Electronics making this work and the competition will be wondering why they didn’t think of it first.
