Sub n Up TonePrint not beaming
I just received my new Sub n Up and I love the pedal!
However, I have been unable to beam a new TonePrint through my guitar. I can connect to my PC and download new TonePrints but beaming does nothing. The LED doesn’t change color or blink and the saved TonePrint remains the same.
I have had a Flashback for about three years and and the beaming works fine on it.
I even tried removing the Sub n Up from the pedal chain and attempted to beam with nothing but my guitar and the pedal.
Is there a way to do a reset or something? I could find nothing in the software section for the Sub n Up.
