Steve Morse Guitar Tone/Volume Controls

I love my new Steve Morse Signature Guitar (updated model) but …..the Tone Control came off and I can’t find the screw that holds it on. Three questions: Where is that Tone Control in the parts store; What type of screw is used, and What tool will install that screw?
