Sterling Pickup Cover

I’ve got a 2007 Sterling HS. A previous owner has “carved” down the humbucker cover between the two height adjustment screws on E string side. I assume this was done for thumb planting ergonomics. Who knows…… I want
to replace the cover with a new one. So a couple of questions:
1) Where can I get one?
2) Is the cover difficult to replace? I read somewhere that it’s glued on.
