Spectracomp won't save user toneprints
Hey all,
I recently started editing Toneprint templates with the app. My edits save to my phone, and they will save to the pedal, so that when I turn it on and off the edited Toneprint stays loaded. However, when I unplug the power to the pedal and later plug it back in, my user Toneprint is gone. Is this normal? Is there a way to fix it? I upgraded to the lasts firmware last night and the problem persists. It’s enough to make me want to just sell the pedal, but it sounds sooooo much better than the last compressor I was using I want to try to make it work.
