Setup Issues – SR5 Special

Well, I feel that I am on a crossroads with my SR5. This was my first venture into the EBMM family. I was looking for lighter weight and I have always loved the tone of the newer SR5’s with the upgraded preamps. Sadly it lived up to all the expectations except for one…..the setup! I have been working hand and hand with a tech who is very qualified and does amazing work. No matter what we try including neck shims we cannot get the action low enough for my touch without major fret buzz…
