Question: Saddle/piezo music man JP12

I just got a JP12 (7 strings) a few weeks ago, it had a little bit of buzz and I raised the action, (using the saddles) the problem was solved, but now I noticed that the B high string has a weaker sound using the piezo, does the adjust of the saddle affected the piezo resonance?
if so, will it be ok if I just adjust the saddle back? I wanted to tried this option but after getting into this forum and read a bunch of problems about loosing the small part of the saddle (the one which looks like a piece of rice) I am kind of afraid even to change the strings ha ha…
