New 2021 Steve Morse models

What does everyone think about the new finishes on both Morse models? I’m not sure I get/like the blue sparkle on his original model …..sparkles seem kinda dated to me but plenty of folks seem to like them.

But I LOVE the new finish on the Y2D…….I always liked the purple burst ok but this new blue/grey burst looks fantastic. There may be a Y2D in my future
