Need New Hex Nut/Washer for Reflex/Game Changer Switch

Does anyone know the sizes for the nut and washer used for the Series/Parallel switch in the Reflex (I assume the same size for the Game Changer’s toggle)? I tried 3/8″ US sized ones usually used for CTS pots, but it’s too small.
