JP16 Choking out – High E

On my JP16, I’ve setup my action to be about 4/64th on the High E. I wanted it lower but its not possible. On about the 17th fret, high E, if I bend up a full step it will only ring for about 3 seconds. On the B string (same fret) it will ring out a lot longer.… Is it possible I have a high fret in that that one high E spot in a higher up fret?
