Does this Cutlass silent circuit look right?

Long story short. Got a good deal on a silo special that was gutted so I’m trying to get it back close to original. Found a Cutlass BFR loaded pick guard with the new style silent circuit that I want to use but after paying I noticed in the picture that there is no trem pot on this one like I see in other pics.
