Ditto X4 – not exporting in stereo
Hi all,
My Ditto X4 was returned fixed from their maintenance a few months ago for solid orange lights, and that may have to do with this issue.
Since coming back, my stored audio files seem to be saved in mono only, and when I export them to my computer they’re all in mono. I have my input and output cables plugged into the stereo sockets on the X4.
Maybe it has to do with a peg setting on the back, but I looked it up and didn’t see anything related with mono/stereo recording. This was never an issue before sending it in for maintenance.
Any ideas? I’d love to be able to listen to my recordings on my computer in stereo again.
