Can't update NS firmware to 1.20
Just bought a used NS, and the firmware is 1.13. Downloaded the Mac software and ran it, the software keeps saying the update is complete. I unplugged for 10 seconds and turned back on, same firmware (1.13). I did this a few times, still no updated firmware. Using a USB/MIDI cable, it sees it, looks like it’s working but nothing. HELP?
ALSO, how can I reset the unit to original factory settings?
