Can not transfer Tone Prints via computer to Hall of Fame Mini
I just got this unit today and have spent a couple hours trying to load TonePrints on it from my computer using the Tone Print Editor. I have (or had) three other TCE devices that I successfully was able to load TonePrints via my computer as I do not have a smart phone: the Corona Chorus pedal and two of the older BG250 bass combo amps.
I have tried the following to load a toneprint:
Used the newest Tone Print editor software (I have Windows 10 which recognizes the device)
Used an older 2.0 something Tone Print editor
Open the Tone Print editor then connected the USB and power supply to the unit
Connected the USB, powered up the unit and then opened the Tone Print Editor
(I do know the unit won’t flash or give any indication of accepting the toneprint.)
What happens is I get nothing … no sound at all … from the unit once engaged and connected to my tube amp. I can still play the original, unaltered signal without the unit being on, however.
