Axis

This might be a silly question. Is there a way or rather a place to look up detailed info by year of the Axis and its variations? What I mean is if I want to know for example what colors and wood was used in 2008? I know the Axis did not change much since 1996, but I’ve seen too many pictures at this point of this lovely guitar that are different from the usual basswood/maple top, zebra pick-up configuration. Add the Super Sport to that and the BFR versions of both models it gets complicated does it not? What prompted me to post today was a picture of an Axis basswood/maple top, trem, zebra pups but the head stock was left natural, not matching… I wonder when was this made, in what other colors, etc.
