Anyone running an SSS Cutlass into a JP2C?

I love the Cutlass, but having a tough time taming the bridge pickup. I’m starting to wondering if the Cutlass and the JP2C are just not meant to get along. What I’ve been wanting to accomplish is to use ch1 combined with a low gain drive pedal with the Cutlass for a blues tone while keeping ch2 and ch3 as I usually do for the high gain stuff with my JPs and Majesties. I can get decent tones with Cutlass as long as I stay away from that bridge pickup. Any thoughts? Anyone using this combination have some settings you could share?
