Warm Audio announces five-year warranty for all products globally
Warm Audio has introduced a new five-year warranty on its entire product lineup starting effective immediately.
All products purchased at an authorised retailer are immediately eligible; the warranty also applies retroactively to all existing purchases made within the past five years, with proof of purchase.

The move “makes it possible for more music makers than ever to own accurate recreations of the most desirable studio equipment ever invented,” states Warm Audio.
Notably, any product that leaves the brand’s Austin, Texas facility to be shipped will undergo a comprehensive hands-on inspection beforehand. The process sees to it that every item is “completely unboxed and thoroughly evaluated”, with both “cosmetic and technical functionality checks” by trained technicians with a passion for making music.

“Our 5-year warranty covers all Warm Audio products – except our line of premium cables with Gotham AG Swiss cable stock which has a lifetime warranty,” the brand states on its website. Exceptions also apply to vacuum tubes, which are warranted for one year from their purchase date.
