TC Electronic debuts new bass heads
TC Electronic has announced a pair of new micro bass heads, the BQ Series, available in 250 Watt and 500 Watt versions from September.
Following the pattern of previous TC heads, the units are extremely portable and feature MOSFET pre-amps with Class D power amps. Both models also use TCs Thrust compressor circuitry.
EQ comes in the form of a 4-band tone section and the amps feature balanced DI outputs with pre/post EQ routing for direct connection to mixing consoles and recording equipment. They also boast headphone amplifiers with speaker emulation for personal practice and silent rehearsals and they also boast an auxiliary rehearsal input for playback through speaker or headphones.
No UK prices were announced by the manufacturer.
