“No nonsense guitars that look good, sound good, and play good”: Jackson expands its line of Misha Mansoor Juggernaut guitars

Jackson has once again partnered with Periphery guitarist Misha Mansoor on two new signature models, giving his Juggernaut HT6 and Juggernaut ET6 models a facelift and spec overhaul.
The Pro Plus Series Signature Misha Mansoor Juggernaut HT6 has been refreshed, now coming in Red Crystal and Blue Sparkle, while the Juggernaut ET6 now comes in Riviera Blue. All of the new versions feature 24 stainless steel jumbo frets and Jackson MM1 pickups.

The new pickups can be shaped with a five-way bladeswitch, as well as offering single volume control. A tone push and pull control also allows for quick engage or disengagement. It’s an upgrade that should allow nimble-fingered progressive players to carve out even more intricate, dynamic licks with ease.

Both guitars have also been kitted out with upgraded bridges. The Juggernaut ET6 has been given an EverTune F6 bridge, while the Juggernaut HT6 has a string-through hardtail bridge.
Both models feature are also 25.5” in length, with a poplar body and bolt-on caramelised maple neck. The ebony fingerboard also boasts a 20” flat radius with rolled edges, while Luminlay side dots help guitarists charge through chords regardless of how dark a venue may be.

“This refresh came about because every few years we want to see what we can do,” Mansoor explains. “These guitars travel around the world and they need to be road ready. [These are] no nonsense guitars that look good, sound good, and play good.”
“We’re beyond thrilled to be partnering with Misha Mansoor on his latest signature guitar collection,” Jon Romanowski, VP of Product of Jackson Guitars, adds. “His innovation and vision perfectly align with our passion for pushing the boundaries of tone and design. This collaboration reinforces Jackson’s commitment of providing for players who demand nothing but the best.”

We awarded Mansoor’s Juggernaut ET6 an 8/10 back in 2021, calling it “a godsend for guitarists who tour without a tech”. It will be interesting to see whether the new improvements could improve upon our initial assessment.
The Pro Series Signature Misha Mansoor Juggernaut HT6 is available now for £949, while the Juggernaut ET6 costs £1,399.
