Légère Reeds ‘Exchange of Strength’ programme
Barnes & Mullins are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Légère Reeds to help end users find their perfect saxophone or clarinet reed using Légère’s ‘Exchange of Strength’ reed exchange programme in the UK and Ireland.
Légère Reeds dealers in the UK and Ireland can now give their customers the peace of mind and confidence to buy Légère reeds by offering the option to obtain an alternative, more suitable reed if required.
End users wishing they had purchased a Légère reed in another strength or with a different character can now use Légère’s free of charge, hassle-free online exchange facility at: www.legere.com/exchanges
All Légère saxophone and clarinet reeds qualify for the exchange programme (excludes Légère bassoon & oboe reeds). All online exchange requests must be submitted by end users with a valid receipt within 30 days of their original purchase and are subject to review and approval by Légère Reeds. Once approved, end users are not required to return their originally ordered reeds.
As the official Légère Reeds distribution partner in the UK and Ireland, Barnes & Mullins will take care of administering the reed exchange process and delivery of replacement reeds to end users, leaving dealers free to focus on their day-to-day store duties and sales.
