Harley Benton unveils the Nashville Nylon Plus Black, a Tim Henson Ibanez signature lookalike that costs just £333
Fans of Tim Henson will immediately notice the aesthetic similarities between his signature TOD10N, and Harley Benton‘s new nylon-string acoustic-electric guitar, the Nashville Nylon Plus Black.
With its sleek black finish, single cutaway body, and intricate Flower & Vine inlay, this new six-string bears a notable resemblance to the Polyphia guitarist’s Ibanez signature model. It’s even equipped with the same Fishman Sonicore acoustic pickup found on the TOD10N.
What sets the Nashville Nylon Plus Black apart, however, is its surprisingly affordable price tag. At just £333/ €399, Harley Benton’s latest addition to its nylon-string family offers an impressive mix of quality and affordability.

Designed to blend “classical tone with modern playability in a single, stunning instrument”, the Nashville Nylon Plus Black sports a solid Canadian Sitka spruce top and a thinline body of chambered mahogany.
The 3-piece mahogany neck with ovangkol fingerboard (400mm radius) features a comfort U-shape profile, providing a fluid playing experience, while the single-cutaway body allows for easy upper-fret access. Amplification is courtesy of a Fishman Sonicore pickup and VTB electronics, with onboard controls for volume, treble, and bass to fine-tune your tone.

Players also get 21 premium nickel frets, a 25.5” scale length, an ebony bridge, DLX die-cast mushroom tuners, and a side port sound hole.
