Gretsch adds to its semi-hollow range with new range of staple-P90 fitted models
Gretsch has officially launched its new semi-hollow Streamliner models, first announced as part of its 2021 range back in January. The new guitars all come fitted with Fideli’Sonic P90 pickups, and have a number of tailpiece and finish options across the range.
G2622T-P90 / G2622-P90 Streamliner Center Block
Both feature a 16-inch chambered mahogany body with a chambered spruce centre block, enlarged F-holes, Fideli’Sonic P90 pickups, neck and bridge pickup volume controls, master tone control, master volume control, three-way pickup toggle switching, and a 12-inch-radius laurel fingerboard.
The G2622T-P90 variety sports a B70 Bigsby vibrato, and comes finished in either Brownstone, Forge Glow or Gunmetal, listing for $599.99 / £609 / €669.
The G2622-P90 comes in either Claret Burst or Havana Burst with a V-stoptail, and lists for $499.99 / £539 / €599.
G2655T-P90 / G2655-P90 Streamliner Centre Block Jr
Both of these guitars come with a 14-inch chambered mahogany body with a chambered spruce centre block, enlarged F-holes, Fideli’Sonic P90 pickups, neck and bridge pickup volume controls, master tone control, master volume control, three-way pickup toggle switching and a 12-inch-radius laurel fingerboard.
The G2655T-P90 comes finished in either Two-Tone Midnight Sapphire and Vintage Mahogany Stain, Two-Tone Mint Metallic and Vintage Mahogany Stain or Two-Tone Sahara Metallic and Vintage Mahogany Stain, and comes with a B50 Bigsby Vibrato, listing for $599.99 / £609 / €669.
The G2655-P90, meanwhile, comes in either Brownstone or Claret Burst, and with a V-stoptail, listing for $499.99 / £539 / €599.
