Last November, Chase Bliss and Zvex announced the collaborative Bliss Factory stompbox, which put a spin on the latter brand’s popular Fuzz Factory pedal. However, when scalpers began flipping the pedal for over twice its original price shortly after its launch, Chase Bliss announced that it was “done” with limited-run pedals. Despite this, however, a second run of Bliss Factory pedals has now been announced, this time in a new black anodised look.

The Warhorn side offers a transparent overdrive with both symmetrical and asymmetrical clipping options, while the Ages side has five different modes ranging from low-gain to high-gain.
In our 9/10 review of the Walrus Audio Ages, we called it “an engaging toolbox of quality filth from one of the most respected boutique pedal brands around”.

Meanwhile, the release date for The Pedal Movie is still up in the air. The feature was initially slated for a summer 2020 release, but was pushed back due to “unforeseen circumstances”.
A post from the movie’s Instagram page (from 12 February) revealed that the film has indeed been completed and is planned for a “March or early April” release.

In anticipation of the documentary, EarthQuaker Devices and Death By Audio in November 2020 teamed up on the Time Shadows, a chaotic pitch-shifting, fuzz and delay pedal.
