Arctic Monkeys, Radiohead, Black Sabbath and more to feature on Peaky Blinders’ Soundtrack
The soundtrack to the hit TV show Peaky Blinders is to be released on 15 November this year.
The historical crime drama, starring Cillian Murphy, Helen McCrory and Paul Anderson recently completed its fifth series, and is currently available on BBC iPlayer and Netflix.
The album will feature three exclusive tracks: a version of the Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds song Red Right Hand (the show’s theme song) recorded by PJ Harvey, the track I’m The Man by Jehnny Beth, and Richard Hawley’s version of Ballad of a Thin Man.
The album also features a laundry list of notable artists – Nick Cave, Arctic Monkeys, The White Stripes, Royal Blood, The Last Shadow Puppets, Queens of the Stone Age, Black Sabbath, David Bowie, Laura Marling, Foals, and more. As well as this, Anna Calvi’s score for series five is included.
The album is being released digitally, as well as a 2CD or a 3LP set.
