Game Changer stereo output not working

I picked up a real case queen today. HSH with piezo. I’m trying to use my TRS cable to split the piezo and the Magnetic pickups. I use this cable with my Majesty and other similar guitars, with no issues. I can’t get the signal to split. Both pickup sets (MAG & PIEZO) come out in the same channel. I’m not able to split the 2.

Is there a way to fix this using the website? I haven’t had much luck finding a computer with a USB A. All mine are thin with USB C.
