130 gauge bass string won't fit through the bridge.

I have an EBMM Jackpot 5 HH. I love this bass, even though I’ve only had it for a few months. I have two gigs coming up this weekend. As a responsible bass player, I change my string before the gig. I bought the green pack EB Regular Slinky Bass 5 set. Gauges 45, 65, 80, 100, 130. The freaking 5th string (130) won’t fit through the bridge. The wrapping at the ball end is too big. WTF EB. Is this typical? Wouldn’t EB know if their brand of strings fit their basses? Is there anything I can do…
