Tremolo arm touches volume poti (JP Dragon Blood)

I am from Austria and new to the forum so excuse my english please . I recently bought a Ernie Ball John Petrucci 7 string from 2020. As I researched in the internet the set up of the guitar is as it should be (Bridge is on the same level as the body and parallel to it) but in contrast to videos of John playing his JP models, my tremolo arm always hits the volume poti when I try to shove it out of my hands way.
