Keeley Electronics launches Super AT MOD
Audio Distribution Group are pleased announce that Keeley Electronics has launched a new pedal in collaboration with Andy Timmons.
The Super AT MOD captures the magic of Keeley’s original Blues Driver Phat Mod, but with this special Andy Timmons signature pedal a selectable AT Mode has been added. This new mode is specifically voiced for humbuckers and offers lower mid-bass frequencies, for a tighter more transparent response. Chord work and harmonies are cleaner and tighter, without reducing gain.
“The Super AT Mod Overdrive is the ultimate expression of the slightly broken up/clean tone I have been searching for all these years. It also rocks with an amazing overdrive tone that is incredibly amp-like. I already have 2 on my board! Wishing you all the best on your Tone Quest!” – Andy Timmons
Available as a limited run of only 1000 pieces worldwide, Super AT MOD Overdrive is shipping from participating ADG dealers in the UK now, while stocks last.

Asymmetrical Tube Clipping
The new Super AT Mod Overdrive features a return to RK’s original clipping style, a 20 year old modification first performed in the Keeley Blues Driver Phat Mod. If you want a drive pedal that responds just like a tube amp, this is it.
The topology of the pedal is similar to classic California tube amps, we simply use JFET transistors in place of tubes. Nothing has been left out, even the filtering of an amp’s tone stack is designed into the pedal. It’s an amp-in-a-box, only better because it’s Keeley developed with the guidance of Andy Timmons!
New Tone Switch
There is a new circuit design for the Tone Switch employed in the Super AT Mod. The new AT-mode is voiced for humbuckers and features lower mid-bass frequencies for tighter, more transparent response. The original Keeley PHAT-mode stands ready to put more power behind your favorite single coil equipped guitar. Either way, the Super AT Mod has got you covered.
