No sound from JP15

I am a proud owner of a 2021 limited Ernie Ball Music Man JP15 6 String Quilt Top Trans Teal Sparkle Back Gold Hardware that I purchased in June 2021. Since 2 days the guitar is no longer producing sounds when plugged in. Swapped the battery to no avail. No signal is coming from the guitar to any amp or audio interface. When plugging in my JR7 Cutlass, I get perfect sound. So I know the problem is with my JP15. Just can’t figure out what’s causing it.
