Sterling by music man jp 60: locking tuner neck hole screw

I bought a brand jp60 from a guitar center here in atlanta. I have only changed strings on it twice and i take goood care of it….however today when I went to change my low E string the little black looking “hollow screw with a nut ontop” that goes into the neck hole and screwes into the locking tuner to keep it in place has some how broke. Now i dont know if the tech at the guitar shop did it and coverd it up or it or if it was a factory default or what but I need a replacement …..the…
