W’ere Hiring – Polar Audio Looks for Special Individual to Join Team

Polar Audio are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in the Audio industry to join them to service their diverse and dynamic client base and to seek out new opportunities for their impressive portfolio of globally recognised brands.

Who are we?

We are POLAR and our brands include some of the most well-respected and critical products in the Music retail, audio performance, hire & events, and installation markets. Hughes & Kettner and Gallien-Krueger amplification, beyerdynamic microphones & headphones, Primacoustic acoustic treatment, and Ultimate support stands and accessories.

We are also closely linked to the busiest and most in-demand rental houses across the UK with our brands Mackie, HK audio, XTA, MC2, and Radial.

We have brands that fit most audio applications and that’s the reason we’ve been integral to the audio industry for decades.

Who are you?

You are certainly someone for whom audio is central to your life. A sales professional with experience in dealing with end-users and resellers alike.

Perhaps you’ve spent time in the professional audio industry already and are well known to the client base around the UK.

You have certainly made your mark and are looking to step up to the challenge of a dynamic and targeted working environment where the harder you work, the better the rewards.

What about the role?

The tasks involved in being a POLAR UK business development manager are many and varied and that’s because the role demands a multi-layered approach.

Your clients will include Music retailers both online and Bricks & Mortar, Hire & Events companies, and Studio specialists. Good relationships are key, as well as a good commercial understanding of what’s right for the customer and what’s right for POLAR.

A UK remit means you will be expected to travel both nationally in your day-to-day sales activities and internationally to attend product training with our suppliers and to attend trade exhibitions when necessary. So, a full driving license and a valid passport are essential.

The role comes with all the benefits you would expect from a company of our standing along with a competitive salary and commission package.
