My new left handed axis super sport

It’s me again. The left-handed guy down in southern France. I got my guitar!!! An absolutely beautiful left handed red hardtail super sport. I posted here in the forum a couple of months ago when I first began my search. I wasn’t totally sure if I wanted a Music Man guitar so I drove down to Barcelona (about 3 hours away) and was able to hold a right handed axis guitar. It was then that I realized how incredible the neck really was…

The left handed axis guitars are not easy to find, this was the only used one I was able to find for sale here in Europe.

I bought the guitar from a gentleman up in England. He’s a really nice guy and he is here on the forum as hawkevil. The guitar is 11 years old (serial # L04141). We had 80 back and forth emails in order to make it all happen. When I got the guitar, the first thing I did was to have the frets leveled and polished. The frets are smooth as silk and I’m not going to touch the guitar in any other way. It’s now time for me to bond with my new guitar. I have named her “teardrop”. 🙂
