Ditto X4 output levels low and firmware update issues.
Hello everyone. I am a newby here in this forum. My name is Jeroen, from Holland.
I have owned a few Ditto’s in the recent past. All to my satisfaction. I needed something extra so I got the Ditto X4. Works fine. But I really have to crank up the output level to match my guitar level. In my previous Ditto’s, the levels met at 12 ‘o clock. There the loop and my guitar signal were equally loud. Now on the X4 there is no headroom left anymore. All the way up for equal levels. Not a real dealbreaker, but a little headroom never hurt anyone…
And my other issue that I cannot update the firmware. Everytime I open the download it tells me that the copy is corrupted and should be deleted. I work on a Mac with the latest OS.
Any ideas?
