As the entire country and indeed the wider world faces some of the most unusual circumstances for many generations, there is a huge degree of uncertainty about things which would normally be everyday aspects of our lives.
Here at JHS we wanted to reach out to you to offer a measure of reassurance and support.
Although we are planning for and anticipating some interruptions to commercial normalcy, we are working to have measures in place to ensure the continued operation of all aspects of the company, from sales, to service, to warehousing, logistics and back office functions such as IT and cash collection.
Like you, we will surely face challenges to our businesses over the coming weeks and months, but the priority for us is to be able to continue to serve you, meeting your needs and ensuring that what can be done to ensure that customary levels of service are maintained and we do all we can to cooperate with you to ensure that business continues at the best possible pace whilst the pandemic circumstances prevail.
Our ASM’s are all available, and our Sales office still open to accept orders, our other departments are also still all available to take your calls or respond to emails.
In addition to our normal fulfilment service, which is presently operating normally, we can also offer you a DROP SHIPMENT service direct to your customer, so you need miss nothing, even if your customer prefers to remain at arm’s length from your store.

Please note that, as usual, we are commencing our annual stocktake from today, Friday 20th to Wednesday 25th March. During the stocktake period, regrettably NO GOODS WILL BE DESPATCHED. We recommence shipping on Thursday 26th March.
All orders placed whilst we are closed for stocktaking will be fulfilled, despatched and delivered well before the end of March.
