Management changes at Korg UK
KORG UK has announced a number of changes to position the company: ‘..for continued growth and development across its portfolio of brands’.
Richard Ashby has been appointed to the position of Sales and Marketing Director. KORG says Ashby has been in the music industry for more than 30 years, working in both in retail and distribution, as well as marketing roles in the UK and Europe. ‘Richard will be utilising his knowledge and experience to enhance and develop all aspects of the company’s activities’.
Grace Ryan becomes KORG’s Senior Manager for Marketing and Communications. ‘Grace has been with KORG for 15 years and, in that time, has been responsible for many of the company’s major marketing initiatives both in the UK and worldwide, alongside the development of a powerful Social Media strategy’.
Finally, Matt Longbottom has been promoted to the new position of Field Sales Manager. KORG says: ‘Matt has been in the industry for 18 years is well-known to Guitar and Percussion dealers throughout the UK. Together with the sales team, he will be working closely with the dealer network to support and develop business across all of the company’s brands’.
Ricci Hodgson, Managing Director of KORG UK commented: ‘Our new structure puts KORG UK on a strong trajectory, building on our continued growth and allowing us, along with our dealers, to look forward to a bright future in the hands of a great team of industry professionals.’
