RH450 noisy gain control
I have two RH450’s and with the Master set at 12 oclock, when turning the gain/Spectracomp up I get a very noticeable hum that increases in pulses that correspond to the detents in the control as I turn it up. You hear the pulses as the knob is rotated.
Both amps do this and it’s def annoying, and the hum/hiss is quite noticeable even with no instrument plugged in. Is this something I actually have to live with?
Also, I’ve lost both Master vol knobs off both amps. They got very loose and even though I tried to keep up with them, I ended up losing both knobs. Is this a common problem? I don’t think any other of the knobs are loose.
