Tone Print Editor doesn't work
I downloaded the latest version of the Toneprint editor on my windows PC. It does not have any of the features it is shown to have.
There are only a list of effects that do not do anything. Specifically the Sub n Up Octaver and Hall of Fame 2 Reverb pedals I have without the toneprint editor that works.
I have visited TC Electronics again and again and have found no support for those products even after signing in.
When I looked for product manual for the Octaver there were none available. Both of these pedals are brand new and I can use them but can’t add toneprints.
